1. What does transfer a registrar mean?


Transfer a registrar means transferring your domain name from your original registrar, e.g. from Network Solutions to us.

2. Why should I transfer registrar?


The normal domain registration charge from Network Solutions is $70 for two years. You can transfer to us and pay only $ 11.95 per year. This way you can save almost 66% per year!

3. How much does it cost?


You can transfer your registration to Diy Web Kit.net for only $11.95. This will add one year to the original registration term. Say your account is Expiring within 2 months, if you transfer with us it will expire in 1 year & 2 months.

4. Will transferring change my information?


No transferring will not change any information in your data record. After Transferring if you wish to renew any information you can do so with our Domain Manager.

5. How do I transfer my registrar?


The process works in the following manner:

  1. Make sure that E-mail address for the administrative contact on your Whois database is correct & updated. Use the whois lookup box to verify.
  2. Click on the “Transfer Registrar’s button. Enter the domain you wish To transfer.
  3. The administrative contact will receive an e-mail to confirm the transfer.
  4. Please note that you have to wait for 60days from the initial registration before the transfer can be effected.
